Really good Stay in a Charming Inn

The staff accommodated an early arrival. They stored bags and delivered them to the room. I received a voucher for free parking in nearby public car parks. The breakfast included a good choice of items, and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal.
The coffee bags in the room were chargeable, unexpected.

The provided permit allowed convenient parking in a nearby Pay & Display lot (a two-minute walk away). The hotel offered walking boots and wellies , a thoughtful touch for exploring the area.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast service was excellent. it was lovely to meet bruce, the pub dog, during check out. i really appreciate the flexibility i got for late check in, and the comfortable rooms when i arrived.
i wanted to rate this higher, but several things werent great. the room i had was lovely but the coffee and fresh milk listed as provided daily, were chargeable. i also have a disability, so the flight of stairs to the room was difficult.

The breakfast had relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was served in the bar and restaurant. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating at breakfast. there was a great selection of local beers available at the bar too.

The hotel provides a parking permit. It can be used in the local car parks. my room looked onto the attractive church yard. the room also had a good bath and shower room, this made it very quiet.
